RampRC CIC
More Than a Programme. A Community Built to Last.
RampRC is not a 12 week course with an exit point. It is a growing community of young racers, builders, and creators across London, connected through competition and united by shared skill and shared purpose.
How It Works
The Competition Model
Competition is not an add-on. It is built into the programme from day one and grows with every cohort RampRC delivers.
Cohort Races
Races take place within cohorts as part of the structured 12 week programme. Every participant races before they complete.
Open Alumni Events
Every completer earns permanent alumni status. All future RampRC racing events are open to them. There is no exit from the community.
Inter-Borough Competition
As cohort numbers grow across boroughs, competitions become the mechanism for connecting communities that rarely interact.
London-Wide Calendar
A permanent competition calendar with an established community of racers and media makers across London.
Once a RampRC participant, always a RampRC participant.
Every young person and young adult who completes a RampRC cohort becomes a permanent member of the RampRC alumni network. Their place at future racing events, competitions, and community gatherings is always open.
The 12 week programme is the entry point, not the end point. As the community grows, alumni become mentors, volunteers, marshals, and content creators at the events that future cohorts compete in. That is the compounding effect we are building toward.
The Bigger Picture
Bridging Communities Through Competition
Structured competition creates connections that nothing else can. Young people and young adults from different postcodes, different schools, and different circumstances find shared ground on a race track.
Barking and Dagenham
Year 1 delivery borough. First cohorts. First races.
Next Borough
Year 2 expansion. Where funding and commissioning confirm, RampRC follows.
London-Wide
The long-term vision. A capital-wide competition network.
Shared skill, shared pride, and shared purpose are the foundation. The RC pathway builds and races. The Media pathway films, edits, and broadcasts. Together they are a self-contained, compounding community ecosystem that grows stronger with every cohort delivered.
Partnerships and Sponsorship
A Platform Worth Backing
A growing, visible, public-facing community of young racers and media makers is an attractive platform for motorsport brands, technology companies, and community-facing corporate sponsors.
RampRC is at the start of that journey. As cohort numbers grow and the competition calendar becomes established, we will be seeking brand and organisational partners who want to align with something real, community-rooted, and built to last. If that interests you, we would like to hear from you now.
