1. Website Use & Acceptable Behaviour

By accessing and using the RampRC CIC website at www.ramprc.com, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site.

You must not use this website to transmit, distribute, or publish any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or any connected systems.

RampRC CIC reserves the right to restrict or remove access to the website for any individual whose behaviour is found to be in breach of these terms or who acts in a manner that is harmful to the organisation, its participants, staff, or partners.

2. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and programme materials, is owned by or licensed to RampRC CIC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print content from this site for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, publish, or modify any content without the prior written permission of RampRC CIC.

Media content produced by participants during RampRC programmes is subject to the Media Consent Policy. Participants and parents or guardians retain personal rights to their own image and contributions, but RampRC CIC retains the right to use programme outputs for promotional, reporting, and commissioning purposes in line with signed consent agreements.

The RampRC name, logo, and branding are trademarks of RampRC CIC and must not be used without written authorisation.

3. Limitation of Liability

RampRC CIC takes all reasonable steps to ensure information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we make no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content.

RampRC CIC is not liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from your use of this website or reliance on its content, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

This website may contain links to third-party sites. RampRC CIC is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any external websites.

Nothing in these terms limits RampRC CIC's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

4. Programme Participation Terms

Standards of Conduct

All participants are expected to meet RampRC's professional conduct standards throughout every session. This includes respecting staff, peers, equipment, and the programme environment. RampRC is delivered to the same standards expected in motorsport and media production industries.

Health & Safety

Participation in Radio-Control (RC) Car Building & Racing Pathway and Media Production Pathway sessions requires compliance with all safety instructions given by RampRC staff. Pit area rules, tool handling procedures, and track safety standards are mandatory and non-negotiable.

Consent & Data

Participation requires completion of a signed consent form and, where applicable, a media consent form. Personal data collected is processed in accordance with RampRC's Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. Data is retained only as required for delivery, safeguarding, and reporting obligations.

Dismissal from Programme

RampRC CIC reserves the right to remove any participant from a programme immediately where their behaviour presents a risk to themselves, others, or the programme environment. Dismissal is a safeguarding and operational decision, not a disciplinary one, and is made at the discretion of the Designated Safeguarding Lead or Programme Lead.

5. Complaints Procedure

Safeguarding concerns must always be reported directly to our Designated Safeguarding Lead at admin@ramprc.com and are handled under the Safeguarding Policy, not this complaints procedure.
